This is one of the big selling points compared to taking something like ED pills because those medications you take orally and end them throughout your entire system, whereas the nitroglycerin cream tends to stay fairly localized to just the penis.

When looking at it in the studies, there’s an 8% chance of headaches and then about a 1% chance of nasopharyngitis, which is just swelling of your nasal cavities or giving you the sensation of a stuffy nose.

One thing that you may wonder is: does this stuff have to be wiped off because it might transfer to your partner?

Well, it has a fairly fast absorption but if you just want to be safe after you apply it before you start intercourse, be sure to just wipe it off.

If you are taking other medication such as nitrates for angina or chest pain, you have to be really careful when using nitroglycerin cream because the additive effects of this stuff can lead to very low blood pressure.

Taking these in combination with the nitroglycerin cream can lead to low blood pressure potentially as well as something called priapism which is having an erection for more than 4 hours. It sounds awesome, but it’s actually not because your penis will start hurting immensely. So, it’s a good idea to wait at least 48 hours between your last dose of Viagra or Cialis before trying the nitroglycerin cream.

This also applies to people who are using intracavernosal injections with substances such as TriMix – you should definitely wait at least 48 hours between the last injection and using the nitroglycerin cream because it may increase your risk of priapism.
